Our farm based business Deer ‘n Dexter, from the Lake District’s northern fells rears and sells two very special red meats - venison from organically reared Red deer and beef from the smallest of the native cattle breeds, the Dexter.

Naturally and non-intensively reared, our animals enjoy a diet of grass and herb-rich pasture. They share their home with a growing population of indigenous flora and fauna.
